1. Wind and Solar Hybrid Street Lamp Profile
Main configuration of the wind and solar hybrid street lamp system: Wind turbine, solar panel, wind and solar hybrid controller, battery and LED lamp.
It is a hybrid renewable energy power system which is composed of wind power, solar power, battery and intelligent system controller.
(1) Wind turbine uses generator to make wind power convert mechanical energy and then use wind turbine to change mechanical energy into electricy; Finally, the electriciy is stored into battery through controller.
(2) Solar panel makes light energy convert electrity through its photovoltaic effect and then the electricity is charged into battery.
(3) LED lamp is the appliance of the system, which offers the light to the road.
(4) Wind and solar hybrid streetlamp controller adjusts the battery working condition according to sunlight intensity, wind power strength and load change: One is to supply the adjusted electricity for DC load and the other is to make the redundant electricity charge into battery.
(5) Battery group is made of plenty of battery and has the function of power adjustment and load balance in the system. The battery stores the electriy which is generated by wind turbine and solar panel system into chemical energy, and then supples power for LED lights.
(6) According to wind power and solar panel working condition, wind and solar hybrid power system can work at three modes as follows: Firstly, wind turbine group supples power for load independently; Secondly, solar panel group supples power for load independently; Finally, Wind Turbine and solar panel supples the power for load together.
